Shipping policy
Under all circumstances, we strive to ship orders the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm Pacific time may not go out until the next day. If you need a certain type of shipping service, it is recommended that, even if you have qualified for "Free Shipping" based on the dollar amount of your order, you should pay for shipping and choose the type of shipping you require if you need it quickly
We are located in California, north of San Francisco. It is usually unnecessary to pay for expedited shipping if your package is being delivered in California, as most packages arrive within 1-2 days.
If your package is returned to us due to an entry error on your part, we will ask you to pay for re-shipping. We can easily do this by sending you an email link to our secure checkout page
