Roger e Galletto

La grande avventura di Roger & Gallet iniziò nel 1695. Jean-Paul Femines sostenne di aver ricevuto il segreto di una formula unica per un'acqua dalle straordinarie proprietà curative, nota come Aqua Mirabilis. Fu brevettata dalla Facoltà di Medicina di Colonia nel 1727 e chiamata Eau de Cologne.
Nel 1806, Jean-Marie Farina, erede della formula dell'Eau de Cologne, aprì un'attività di profumeria a Parigi. Rifornì le grandi corti d'Europa. Napoleone fu tra i fedeli mecenati dell'acqua profumata.
Nel 1862, gli eredi della Maison Farina, Armand Roger e Charles Gallet, diedero vita a una partnership che diede per sempre un nuovo significato all'arte della toeletta.
Inventarono i primi prodotti di bellezza e per il trucco e, nel 1879, crearono il primo sapone rotondo e lo avvolsero nella famosa carta plissettata e nell'anello.
La tradizione di eccellenza è stata mantenuta e ampliata.
