A perennial plant with generally toothed petals, native to Egypt. Spicy, vanilla, powdery scent.
ROSE [ROSA CENTIFOLIA]
This small pink flower is also known as the hundred-leaf rose, Provence rose, or May rose.
Because of its fragile petals, it is still picked by hand. Warm, honeyed, floral scent.
VANILLA [VANILLA PLANIFOLIA]
From an orchid native to South America whose fruit is a pod. The orchid wraps itself around a tree stake to provide shade. The smell is warm, sweet, and mild.
