The Massalia workshop (Massalia is the latin name for the city of Marseille) is one of the last soap factories in Marseille to use traditional techniques.
As part of its production, the workshop uses copper cauldrons dating from 1949.
Rolling, extruding, extruding, cutting, stamping and molding are carried out using the original techniques.
Molding and stamping is done manually for each piece of soap.
