To Warm
Place on a rotating carousel in the microwave for 1 minute, remove and shake. Continue warming in 30-second increments not to exceed 2 minutes in total. As an alternative, you can also warm in the clothes dryer for up to 5 minutes. The product should remain warm for up to 15 minutes. No need to remove cover.
To Chill
Put in a plastic bag and set in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. Product should remain chilled for up to 10 minutes. No need to remove the cover.
