To Warm
Place on a rotating carousel in the microwave for 1 minute, remove and shake. Continue warming in 30-second increments not to exceed 2 minutes in total. As an alternative, you can also warm in the clothes dryer for up to 5 minutes. Product should remain warm for up to 15 minutes. No need to remove cover.
To Chill
Put in a plastic bag and set in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. Product should remain chilled for up to 10 minutes. No need to remove the cover.
Care Instructions
Remove insert from the cover. Machine wash on cold and dry on medium heat.
